- Smoke-free Environment
In November of 2006, the citizens of Arizona passed the Smoke-Free Arizona Act, A.R.S. §36-601.01. This landmark statute prohibits smoking in enclosed public places and places of employment, including Sunglow’s casitas, Café, and vehicles. The risk of fire can be very high in our vicinity. Please extinguish all smoking materials thoroughly, and be considerate of our non-smoking guests' enjoyment of the property as well.
