Dining at the Cafe
An overnight stay at Sunglow Ranch includes an extensive home-cooked breakfast, afternoon cookies, coffee and tea and a delicious, three-course dinner. Dinner is served each evening at 6:30 in the beautiful Sunglow Cafe. Enjoy cocktails before dinner in our courtyard (weather permitting) while taking in the special glow of the setting sun.

Breakfast
A hearty ranch breakfast is a daily event at Sunglow Ranch. You can choose your meal from the items listed below… any or all.
Starters
We offer your choice of fresh- squeezed orange juice, apple juice or grapefruit juice.
- Steel cut oatmeal
A hot bowl of chewy, slow cooked steel cut oatmeal with your choice of toppings, brown sugar, maple syrup, butter, cream or milk. - Toast and Jelly
Crisp whole wheat or rye toast with jelly. - Fresh Fruit Plate
A daily offering of seasonal fruit or fruit salad
Main Course
- Eggs Any Style
Two fresh eggs (from our own chickens)
Any style with bacon or sausage. - Pancakes
Thin light pancakes with a hint of malt and orange zest served with butter and syrup with bacon or sausage. - Sunglow Breakfast Special of the Day
Ask your server about the chef's special of the day. These are only made in a limited quantity and go fast!
Dinner
We offer healthy, satisfying New American Cuisine and updated American classics making use of fresh, local and seasonal produce whenever possible. Dietary restrictions are happily accommodated with advance notice.
Our delicious, three course dinners are prepared each night by Chef Colleen Stevens and always include bread, soup or salad, the featured entrée and dessert . All meals come with water or lemonade to drink. Coffee and tea are served with dessert. Wine, beer and cocktails are available at an additional cost.
Salads
Our fresh salads can be made with added grilled chicken or in a larger size by request to become an entrée choice.
- Sunglow Southwest Cesar Salad
A crisp refreshing romain lettuce salad topped with tomato salsa, roasted corn, and a flavorful ancho chili dressing, garnished with crisp tortilla chips. - Garden Side Salad
A mouth-watering garden salad with your choice of dressing; Blue Cheese, Italian, Balsamic Vinaigrette or Thousand Island.
Main Course
- Trail Hand Steak
New York Strip cut steak cooked to order topped with a red wine tarragon demi-glace sauce, accompanied by side dishes of the day. - Stuffed Chicken Breast
Chicken breast pounded thin then rolled around asparagus spears, red and green peppers and topped in a mild Hatch green chili crème sauce, accompanied by side dishes of the day. - Sunglow Special of the Day

Desserts
Choice of: Warm Brownie Delight, Raspberry Sorbet, Root Beer Float or Strawberry Shortcake (in season).

Neighborhood Dinner Nights at Sunglow Ranch!
In an effort to get to know our neighbors better, Sunglow Ranch is offering special dinner nights. We've devoted two nights a month to serving you!
We aim to bring our neighbors together in an intimate setting while enjoying a three course dinner prepared at Sunglow Cafe.
Please come and join us on the first and third Thursday of every month for dinner. We hope to see you soon!
Dinner is served at 6:30 PM.
Special neighborhood dinner price is $20
(price does not include: tax, gratuity, or alcoholic beverages).
